Our Founder's Story

Lunara began with one bride’s dream — and the unexpected challenges she faced bringing it to life.

While planning her own destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, our founder Sara Flores quickly realized how hard it was to plan from afar. Living in the U.S., she had to travel just to explore venues, attend other weddings, and piece together what truly inspired her. Visualizing the big day felt overwhelming. Coordinating with vendors across time zones added even more stress. She kept wondering — why wasn’t there an easier way?

Sara wished there had been a tool to help her see her wedding before it happened — something to spark ideas, clarify her vision, and guide each decision with confidence.

That’s when Lunara was born: a styling service designed to help brides everywhere plan with less stress, more beauty, and all the joy their day deserves.
